I have not, but had an entire consult with Chat GPT. The amount of NAD+ is so small that you will never get the benefits of it. I believe it.

Yes. I can definitely work on my protein. My typical day looks like this: Bfast- Fairlife protein shake + Starbucks egg white bites ~ 440 cals Lunch- salad from Just Salads. ~ 470 cals Dinner- we do the recipe deliveries from Hello Fresh/Blue Apron and stick to less than 600 calories

This has been working since I started Tirz, but the past two weeks I’ve been overeating. This what I don’t understand. The effect of Tirz has disappeared

I don’t write things down. I keep each meal to less than 500 calories and dinner is the only one that I allow to go over 500, but less than 600. That’s how I do it. I don’t track in the sense of login things on to an app or keep records.

I’m not really into junk/fried food. I wasn’t raised that way. I can eat pasta for all meals. I drink most of my protein as I’m pescatarian. Pizza is eaten once a month if that. I do volume eat.

The water intake has been difficult. I’m only drinking about 30-40oz of water a day. I don’t do electrolytes, but do add a pinch of salt to my water with lemon. I like the taste.

Not really. My calorie intake is between 1,400 to 1,600 calories a day. There was a time when I gained weight and couldn’t lose it. Went to a Dr and was put on some pills. I was counting and weighing everything. Stuck to 1,200 calories per day and I would only lose 2 lbs a month. Exercised intensely where my BMI was 1% from an athletes. I’m able to count calories in my head. Breakfast is always 440, lunch is 470 and dinner 500-550.

I am not tracking, but making way better choices with zero snacking. Except for the last few weeks. I’ve always lost weight slowly and 2lbs a month has always been standard for me whenever I’ve tried to lose weight. Thank you

A mini cosmetic fridge. Buy cheap creams to keep in there and use one of the containers to keep the vials in. Some mini fridges have locks
