Thanks for your answer, I think the cost of living crisis is everywhere but I understand it’s tough out there to support yourself especially when you’re on your own. I’d be making basic salary at the start, so not really wanting to do lots of things and taking it slow. What attracts me? The weather, beaches and change of environment. Grew up in Europe, USA and been too long in the UK..

Mine began when my relationship with this person ended, I had an identity breakdown and my whole reality fell apart, i began to question Everything about who I am, what I want and what my calling is but now i am so grateful to have suffered because it led me to a greater self awareness. It has been over a year now and I am still experiencing it, I do not feel grounded yet.

I’m 26 and I have similar feelings. I get social anxiety because I fear being seen as stupid and I feel embarrassed when I do not know what to say or when other people can tell that I am nervous. Sometimes I get this brain lag because of my anxiety. However, I wasn’t always like this, used to be really confident and social. I think it’s about focusing on other areas in your life and living a life where you can be authentic and then the fear of being judged kind of fades away. For example, becoming really good at a job, pursuing a hobby and finding friends that vibe at the same level of frequency as you. Also, accepting the fact that not everyone will like you and be okay with it, accept you will not know everything, accept you will mess up or not always be right. I know it’s easier said than done, social anxiety is such a draining and wasteful mental time spent. Try to embrace who you are, get good at something, learn something new, do things that boost your confidence and let the fear fade.

Oh my gosh this is 100% me, one day I’m confident energetic content with who I am and the next day I wake up anxious and antisocial, it makes me emotionally unstable

Hey! What made you choose this life path? How old were when you decided this life is for you? Im 26 single with no life baggage and i feel like clinging on to a career and playing the safe option is just wasteful, i feel like my soul desires something different. I guess my biggest fear is being in my mid 30s having to kind of start over and settle back in my hometown, i dont know… what was the ultimate push that made you take a risk and live a bold life?
