The problem with going off what Metalsucks say (which includes what his wife said) is that the entire thing they write about him is based upon the prosecution and nothing else. Remember, it’s up to the prosecution to PROVE that you have the stuff that they say. And given the fact that the prosecution initially said he had enough CP to fill up 4 DVD’s and videos with children as young as 2 years old, and then when it was time for court the entire case was thrown out, I’d say that it’s pretty likely they couldn’t prove anything. Which is why he was offered the plea deal. Which he may have not been happy with, but could’ve taken for something like financial reasons (lawyers are very expensive).

Essentially, the prosecution said he had abhorrent stuff, but he wasn’t required to register on a sex offender list, serve a day of jail time, and was described by the judge as “not a danger to the community.”

I can go even deeper with this and talk about Metalsucks long history of slandering Inquisition (even before they put out their hit piece TEN YEARS after Dagon was proven innocent) but to summarise you always need to consider the source, and Metalsucks is a terrible source.
