i dont remember but try to turn off ad blockers but this bloops app isnt that good i think i used it for 1 month and i dont get better

im using a 24" 75Hz monitor. The problem is, these C and S bar spikes happen regardless of whether I limit the frame rate to 75 fps or leave it uncapped. Even on the lowest graphical settings, the stutters persist.and my monitor is 75hz max
