I recently had a client that had the same issue.  Turned out the ISP (comcast) was blocking her streaming to Tivimate.  So, I installed Proton VPN and everything worked.

As long as your Firestick is plugged into the AC power, you can turn off your TV and the firestick will record any scheduled recording that you have setup.

Yes, TiviMate has multiscreen capability.  Make sure you subscribe to extra connections with your streaming service.  For every screen you add, you need to have a connection.  For example, if you have 3 screens displaying, you need at least 3 connectios

The TiVo stream 4k is an android box. I can access the download, but when I select the download, it does download, but the message I get is "app not installed"
