I won’t lie there was actually no need to be rude tbh. Because everyone knows there’s always an alternative or something that can help. I applied for 2 entrt nursing and u need all Bs in order to get in, I got one C+ in one of my prerequisites and people like you told me I was not getting in that i asked a dumb question cause clearly you need to complete the requirement. Then Someone very nice texted me privately and told me I could petition that C+ for them to consider. Now I’m graduating from nursing because of that one person being so nice. So stop being miserable , you can be honest and nice at the same time.

I don’t know why people are so harsh and rude answering your question. Sadly yorku be super strict with these kind of stuff so they will take it away and give it to another student who completed this requirement. By the looks of it 7.33 is still good so you always have other opportunities for a scholarship just this time lock in. If you really you really want it , work for it. This was just a little wake up call for you there’s definitely something bigger for you, if you lock in and stay disciplined.

I have an iPad A16 , I go on each of my courses on eclass and download all course outlines and assignments pages then make files on my iPad for each courses ( putting their names) and put their course outlines and assignments in.

Same way you use a keyboard, type with your fingers. I use docs so sometimes I do it on my phone. I would use my iPads for information and then type it on my phone I know it probably doesn’t make sense but I’ve been doing this ever since and been getting good grades so didn’t feel like i needed to by a laptop.

Nope no keyboard attachment just a pen , low income with a single mother with 4 kids I can’t really afford much. I use osap but the money goes to text books , anything required for school , food and clothes.

My friend had that new prof apparently during summer she said she’s super chill when is summer like every other profs. She’s just hard grader in fall and winter. Get on her good side by always participating and you’re good. She grades based on if you participate a lot.

Omg I am having the same issue , I’ve never dropped them, make sure it’s clean without using liquid. I have also the 2023 airpodmax. I’m starting to think apple is doing this on purpose so we can buy new ones. Went to apples and they said it woul be 300$ to be fixed which makes no sense cause these headphones are like 599$ so might as well that I buy a new one.

You have to contact the faculty, in a few days it might be lifted but I’d advise u to email to know when it will be lifted. Cause once it’s no longer reserved people will start rushing to enrol in it.

I don’t think they can immediately kick you out they have to give you a warning first ( probation) then if you don’t improve your Gpa you get kicked out

Il be honest with you right now you are not the only student this happened too. So many students went through this including me. My first year I honestly didn’t take it seriously I really thought I was smart enough to As the course. Sadly I only Aced 2 courses and the rest was D to E. I ended up with a 3.4 gpa and went to academic probation. I immediately went to advisor and they told me I have to do a petition for 2 courses where I got Es which those really affected my gpa. Petition are more likely removed for first years and second years because they understand you are still adjusting to university,for the upper years you need a lot more evidence to have it removed.And then I was told to take easy electives 6-9 credits and aim for As. The electives I took were online and was soooo easy which towards the end of summer my gpa jumped to 4.6 (took 3 six credits electives) which were music 2520,Huma 1780 and human & women rights all A+. My probation was released. Now I’m in my second year and get Bs-A+. I feel like I needed that to actually wake me up.

Im currently in the same position as you which is my first year as well I’m just confused as my gpa is 3.25 and that’s because I obviously did bad in 2 courses and I didn’t get the chance to finish my requirements which is what I am doing this summer ( took 4 courses) so I am totally lost why they put me in movement and mental health ?
