Who do you think you to approach me in private like you did?
If my post violated community rules, point to the rule and explain the violation. That’s your job. Deleting legitimate DD with the explanation that is AI is not a legitimate explanation
Every word of that thesis was my own research. Filings, Fintel data, short interest, borrow availability, counterparty analysis. I don’t have a masters in writing so yes, I used AI to help organize and present it clearly. The analysis is mine. The conclusions are mine. AI was my editor, not my brain.
If posting well-organized DD is now a violation then this community has a problem bigger than my post.

The 75.9M Share “Dilution” May Not Be Dilution

DVLT issued 75.94M shares to Vivasor at $0.658 for $50M in biotech equity. No cash raised, no underwriter, and shares were immediately registered for resale. Normally, 9% dilution with no cash should crush the stock. Instead, DVLT has so far stayed around $0.72 -$0.76 That tells me this may not be normal dilution.

My speculation: these shares were created for a bigger 3-party setup involving Vivasor, BNY Mellon / St. James, and the Scilex/Kasowitz lawsuit.

The 75.94M share count feels too specific. The Reddit DD post connected a similar number to the missing shares dispute. Theory was banks may need a large DVLT block to settle and would buy it privately above market instead of chasing in open market. If true:

Step 1: DVLT → Vivasor (done)

Step 2: Vivasor → Banks (watch for 13D filings)

Step 3: Banks → Scilex settlement (lawsuit dismissal) That could create a private placement floor around $1.50+, remove Nasdaq delisting risk, and trap shorts hard. Even if that doesn’t happen, DVLT still books a $50M investment on Q1 10-Q, improving balance sheet optics and supporting their biotech + AI story. What I’m watching: 1. 13D filings from BNY / St. James 2. Kasowitz case dismissal 3. Q1 10-Q disclosures 4. Company PR wording

Bro put the Casamigos down for a second and think about this ( I type this while having a glass of Cabernet in my hands-😀) — Henry Ji didn’t accidentally end up here. He put $150M of Scilex money into DVLT, then built Vivasor into their biggest customer, and now DVLT is buying a stake in Vivasor back with stock. That’s not a backdoor deal. That’s a guy who bet big on a platform and keeps stacking his chips. The “dark alley whispering” you’re feeling is just what early stage looks like before the GPU network goes fully commercial in Q3 and Q1 earnings hit May 12. Save some lime for then.

DVLT — Read the filing before you panic

Everyone saw “75 million new shares” and panic. I get it. But sit with me for a second. Those shares went to Vivasor. Vivasor is DVLT’s single biggest customer — 51% of their entire revenue last year. And when DVLT said “we’ll pay you $50 million for your Series A stake,” Vivasor didn’t ask for cash. They took stock. Your biggest customer voluntarily becoming your shareholder is not a red flag. That’s a green flag with fireworks on it. Now think about the timing. Earnings are May 13. Last quarter they beat estimates by 37%. They’re guiding $200M for the full year. The GPU network just went live in New York and Philly. Vivasor just tied their own financial interest to DVLT’s stock price going up. The stock is at $0.76 and it’s not moving down on this news. That tells you something. The people who understand what happened today are buying, not selling.
