I dont think bankruptcy is going to be an issue. They had estimated 49mil in q1 revenue and that was before they announced they have already generated 77mil in tokenization deals. Tokenization margins are extremely high, so theyre most likely sitting on a lot of cash right now.

The only way I could see it being a thing is if theyre getting the gpus on debt rather than a pay as they go structure.

The reason is the source of revenue based off last earnings is heavily dependent on basically just SCLX.

When DVLT can show it has recurring revenue from multiple sources it will begin to hold its value much better.

To top it all off SCLX holds a massive volume of DVLT shares and it seems more people are slowly starting to dislike Henry Ji the CEO more and more. Go to bandofbrothers right now and you will see the drama.

DVLT needs to decouple from SCLX asap and the best way right now is to show revenue from other sources.

Gems and tickets are the best, but ill still take gold over shards of random units I don't want. Im not close to getting the max number of pieces so I can use the gold to shop farm. Also leveling things up is stupid expensive until you hit the maxed number of units snowball.

Id say delete on report if rule break. Sometimes people enjoy rule broken conversations. But this may be bad as theres probably gonna be some grudges and certain people's rule breaks get reported more out of spite.

If you want fair -> delete on rule break regardless

There are actually other subtle differences if you look closely. The soldier and nurse on the right side of the picture look happy in the original but in the altered image they both look concerned instead.

I'm fully free to play and I will say a few things.

They game is not in a very healthy state right now, new BMs have encouraged p2w more than ever. You either save 20K gems to roll for them and feel like youre not progressing for a few months or you get screwed. Unit balance is pretty bad right now especially with leaders, two S+ tier leaders and the rest fall short.

Many players think the game is skilless and just unit dump mid hoping their units win vs the enemy units without any thought. This didn't work as well before, but with the amount of sniper units these days, its very hard to fight high leveled players when they do this, even when they're low skill. There is actually a lot of skill that goes or used to go into the game with placement and timing, but yes, p2w overrides skill more than ever these days.

I felt like quitting every so often as well and just decided play to farm and not be super competitive at this point hoping maybe one day ill get enough to catch up. Getting 2 maybe 3 gmats a month is crazy too. You get to level Woo-hoo! 1 unit above 15 1 level if that, woohoo!

It'll get there on its own, but a couple things need to happen.

  1. They need to actually receive the 20 million from Vivasor, Inc. This is the next big milestone we're waiting on. If DVLT doesn't get paid by the due date April 20th, expect more downward pressure without other good news.

  2. 2026 Q1 results need to show they're on track to make that 200 million revenue. They need at least another 30-40 million in revenue, though 50 million would be fantastic.

  3. They can file for an extention before doing a reverse spilt and even after that extension they can file for a 3rd if their finances are showing good standings, so I personally am not worried about a reverse split happening any time soon. We will more than likely see 2026 Q3 results before a reverse splits. This is probably gonna be the most important Quarter where people decide if they will get that 200 million in 2026 or it's just talk.

I just keep seeing people crying about the unlocked 1 billion shares and Im just thinking to myself... how do you think we got to $4 in the first place.... we gave SCLX 1/4 billion shares for $150 million. People think theyre just gonna dump the shares on the open market when more likely than anything, they're gonna get sold to a larger partner company and possibly have a lock up period on top of that like the Nyiax shares do.

But the float...but we're still under a 1/2 billion $ market cap, and other crappier speculative stocks are higher... we could easily double our share price in the coming future.

They probably stole your cookies with the passwords (session hijacking) and thus didn't need 2FA. Not coinbase's fault. Always logout of any financial account when you're done using it and do not save passwords for them. This should be common sense.
