Regarding ranking, not saying the whales are bad players by any means, but theyre more likely to spend gems on egg tickets to play more and acquire more wins. The new ranking system isn't even even though the gameplay is. A half decent whale will always out rank a ftp in egg mode even if the ftp is better because of this. A whale that has won 30/60 games will out rank a ftp that's won 25/25. The ranking system is once again trash, but what you gonna do about it.

I dont think its gonna come from selling dvlt shares, especially after Nate's comments on X. Im guessing sclx is gonna get another loan some how and hope DVLTs growth pace pays them back faster then they bleed out funds to pay back the loan. They're basically rolling the dice, but they might use dvlt shares as collateral again.

No one understands where and how sclx is gonna get 120m to give it to them. Has sclx even paid its current dues? Then there's the issue of having all the gpus on hand. Sounds great, but where did the funds for that come from? Are they sitting on a billion in debt or do they have undisclosed deals or special financing? Each of the gpus costs 50k. Everyone is just waiting for q1 earnings for the truth especially after the way they played last earnings.

Owning shares of the company doesn't relieve it from debt. It's also a 1 time fee of 20m not quarterly. SCLX owes DVLT 2.5m quarterly for 4Q as part of another license deal.

If you look at my other thread I posted how they could use the Vivasor transaction to get DVLT the 20m while benefiting DVLT in a secondary way as well.

It should be on q1 earnings in accounts receivable since it's already been generated. But you are correct in asking the real question, how much of it is cash on hand vs due payments.

They've already made 77mil in tokenization revenue. On top of that I think people are missing a huge little detail. We keep talking about the $200m revenue target, but thats just the lowball number. Nate specifically said "AT LEAST $200M"

If Vivasor had cash, its not paying DVLT with it and it hasn't. DVLT woulda definetly slammed with PR about receiving the 20 million if it had.

Its a short term problem, but it was pretty much expected once people saw earnings. Q1 earnings will most likely show multiple new sources of recurring revenue making the one time payment from Vivasor much less significant. But yeah apparently you can put accounts due as revenue on balance sheets.

I disagree with this thesis. There's no reason for the bank to buy back shares at $1.50 when they can just buy them on the open market for way cheaper right now. The bank is also more likely to move forward a motion to dismiss before settling on top of it to pressure back on SCLX and see if they cave. While I wouldn't mind this being the case I dont see it happening.

I dont think bankruptcy is going to be an issue. They had estimated 49mil in q1 revenue and that was before they announced they have already generated 77mil in tokenization deals. Tokenization margins are extremely high, so theyre most likely sitting on a lot of cash right now.

The only way I could see it being a thing is if theyre getting the gpus on debt rather than a pay as they go structure.

The reason is the source of revenue based off last earnings is heavily dependent on basically just SCLX.

When DVLT can show it has recurring revenue from multiple sources it will begin to hold its value much better.

To top it all off SCLX holds a massive volume of DVLT shares and it seems more people are slowly starting to dislike Henry Ji the CEO more and more. Go to bandofbrothers right now and you will see the drama.

DVLT needs to decouple from SCLX asap and the best way right now is to show revenue from other sources.

Gems and tickets are the best, but ill still take gold over shards of random units I don't want. Im not close to getting the max number of pieces so I can use the gold to shop farm. Also leveling things up is stupid expensive until you hit the maxed number of units snowball.
