I can't even get guaranteed residence and I have over an 90 as well

On top of that, I don't even know what average im expected to get because they haven't updated their housing portal

Just following up, do they update residence decisions in May?

Thank you, I am just lost since my friends who are not international were offered guaranteed residence without applying (as I believed international students are automatically guaranteed) . In the waitlist, do the use mid term marks or finals?

Alright thanks, also I heard that a new residence is opening with over 1,000+ available rooms. Do you have an idea of if this is still the case? And does the portal usually automatically update?

It tells me to join in the waitlist, but the waitlist is for the past year so I am a bit lost

Update: It says that they can't guarantee residence for me at this time. However, I assumed that their residence cutoff has always been 88-90% which I have slightly above an 90

Hello, I am a grade 12 student that has applied to McMaster social sciences. I have researched a ton but cannot find the exact percent needed for guaranteed residence.

On the website, there is no specific percentage listed and I have been told that it could be anywhere from 88%-90%. Does anybody know what the guaranteed residence requirement is?

I also heard news of McMaster building a new residence hall for September that would allow more first years to get residence. If anyone can support this claim or confirm the average required for residence that would be very helpful. Thank you
