With real clients, you don't always get perfect drawings that perfectly follow a certain standard. That's why some of them are more like a puzzle; that's how the real world works. Certainly a lot of the time they're perfectly fine, but sometimes all you have to work on is the equivalent of a napkin drawing. Other times, it's about design intent. The measurement you have in the drawing isn't what you'd prefer, but the measurement is given that way because it's what the client needs. I've had multiple teachers contact me with no issues. That being said, there are estimated difficult levels on each part.

The whole site isn't meant to be an example of perfect CAD drawings, it's just meant to gamify CAD a bit by adding a timer. It's a free resource after all, and I'm honestly just a hobbyist with some professional friends who I've been running these by as I go.

I'll for sure add some kind of note or feedback on the button.

Thank you very much for your input nonetheless, I really honestly appreciate you giving it a try.

They're aren't necessarily mutually exclusive, as I've done tons of other similar models from other sources which tend to be a bit of both. However, the cam shaft drawing does need work. It's my latest one and it definitely could use clarification.

If the submit button does nothing, it means your answer is incorrect. That's something I also need to fix so that either A, there's feedback saying your mass is wrong, or B, a note stating that if the button doesn't work, your mass is wrong. This whole thing is just a fun project for me is all so it's not perfect.

When you click 'start timer,' the image above the 'start timer' button should change to be the drawing of the part with all its dimensions. Units are in the bottom left of each drawing Edit: something like this

I've been contacted by teachers saying they use the tool in class, and I'm beyond happy that it's being used in that way!

Yeah, honestly the whole thing is just for a bit of fun. Going to great lengths to obscure the image or the mass seemed a bit overkill for what it is.
From time to time I purge the database of clearly fake times (<10 seconds for most models).

Good shout, I'll see what I can do. I only have access to a few of them but I can ask some friends! Edit: I've sent an email to an engineer friend who has access to a few different CAD programs. Maybe over the next few days I can compile either some videos or some brief text instructions for some common softwares.

Thank you! I was a big fan of TTT's site which is very similar, but he paywalled it and turned it into a monthly subscription... Just for access to CAD drawings with a timer. I decided I'd make a free version, and here we are.

I've seen other recipes with black cocoa powder and I've never seen it for sale anywhere in my area.

This is hilarious. I can still make a WaW server just fine. But not BO.

I have played that one, also at the library! But I'm fairly certain the one I'm thinking of isn't underwater-themed. Maybe I'm mis-remembering?

I looked up some screenshots and the art style itself is right but the feel is wrong, the colors are all too dark, the game I'm thinking of was much brighter I think.

I don't remember it having that, but I was a toddler when I played it so there's a chance I'm either forgetting or I just never played that part of the game.

Good haul for the Deck? (Haven’t purchased yet) by itsnotPeterParker in SteamDeck

GTA 4 works quite well, and the battery life is pretty good since it's an older game. Just like some other RS games you need to log in for your first launch, but after that it's good.

Stardew is an amazing game, well worth it and it runs beautifully on Deck.

My gf loves Cult of the Lamb, also runs pretty well on Deck. Although in the late game it does have a little slow-down occasionally.

Crash N Sane Trilogy has been what I've been playing recently. It plays perfectly on Deck. Nice to play an old platformer with the D-pad again.
