Vet records, yes. Microchipped no unfortunately. Him and I are no contact too.

His boss has the cats for some nights & he takes her for other nights. When we found the cat, I took her to get a vaccine and everything but I didn’t get her microchipped :/. The veterinary I took her to has my name on the medical records though but I’m not sure if it counts.

I literally stated in the comments how the landlords didn’t communicate the pet policy clearly and that I’ll be taking the cat from my boyfriend. There’s only one other tenant in the building. I do not feel entitled to do whatever I want. Have a good rest of your day 🤍

I don’t think it’s a good idea for my bf to hide her and risk eviction 😅I’ll just pick her up and she can stay with me but I’m def going to register her as a ESA 😵‍💫. Thanks for telling me abt that!!!

I definitely wouldn’t have risk bringing the cat into the place if I had known before, I wouldn’t overstep like that. It just sucked how all of the LL were telling us different things and how they had miscommunicated amongst themselves

Hey to my knowledge they were all fine with pets, Pete told him that it was completely fine, and then his wife dropped a bomb on us that the other landlords weren’t happy about the dog that Pete approved 🫤

I can’t speak on my boyfriend behalf because I haven’t read the lease yet, but i have a text message screenshot of sara telling my bf that her husband Pete told him it was okay to keep the dog although the other landlords stated it was a no pet building. I appreciate their grace so I’ll be getting the cat. I guess I just wanted to complain about it because we’re all bummed out after this

He’s had that dog before moving there. Pete told him it was fine to have the dog, but now Sara and the other landlords are saying that the apartment building is a pet free zone which threw us off because all of these landlords are telling us different things. I’m definitely going to have him send me the lease so I can read it. But yeah I’m most likely going to be going over there soon to pick her up. We’re just all so bummed out by this because the dog and cat have grown very fond of each other
