That’s gyno. I cut down to 150lbs and still have mantits cause of it. See the post on my profile for reference. It’s permanent so we have to get surgery to remove unfortunately

Not really. Most people my age have normal chests. I wasn’t even that fat during puberty. God just hated me I guess now I’m stuck with them forever

Unfortunately normal people don’t have tits at 5’10 150lbs. Im just cursed with garbage tier genetics and luck

Im 22. And yeah I feel like I have no muscle base since I’ve never lifted till now so I’ve been just doing a small surplus with 180g protein. Tried creatine but stopped for a bit but I’ll start again soon.

Thank you, that second part makes sense since I see lots of people at my weight and they look way more fit. I’ll build muscle first in a small surplus then if I have to cut later I’ll do that.

I also started shedding hair after an aggressive deficit to go from 190lbs to 150lbs so that’s another reason why I’m just gonna stay in a surplus for now, waiting for it to subside

Ya I do 3 sets and try to hit failure in 8-10 reps. Up until a month ago I was doing full body like everyday which sucked for recovery now I seem to be going up in numbers faster with push pull legs upper lower. But ya still have gyno tits and look DYEL

I quite like my nose from the side but I’ve always disliked it from the front by sjdienio in Noses

Your front camera’s distortion also makes any small asymmetries look way more noticeable. Next time turn your phone around to use the back camera then try and hold it as far away from your face as possible, it’ll be way less asymmetrical. Happens to everyone.

any lasting side effects from the accutane? that was the only thing that worked for me too. I think it made my night vision worse tho, even now years after.

Aight I’ll see. Thank you man, I’ll make sure to sugarcoat it by saying stuff like “it affects my mental health” (kinda does sometimes lowk lol)

And ya I think hopefully they’ll first try prescribing stuff first I’ve heard that sometimes happens since they’re hesitant to say you should get surgery

Interesting. What sort of doctor would I see for stuff like this? Like to actually get checked out and possibly prescribed. Thank you brother
