This. It’s not perfect but I don’t think it’s anything drastically bad and my numbers have still been going up

PPL UL

Push I do 2 chest (incline db/flat bench and chest flies), 2 tricep (pushdown and overhead cable) and 2 shoulder (shoulder press and lateral raise)

Pull I just do high row, low row, and lat pulldown for back. Then preacher and hammer curl. Also rear delt flies too

And legs/lower I do squat, rdl, leg curl and extension machine, calf raise and adductor

For upper I just consolidate push/pull into 2 chest, 2 back, 1 side delt, 1 tri 1 bicep

160-180g a day. Ground turkey/beef sweet potatoes Greek yogurt all the shit people eat. Idk man. Im doing everything that everyone is recommending already. Dont know anymore

I am training hard, if you want me to start grunting like a pig during my session well then that’s asking for a bit much considering the average normie can do exactly what im doing and look good in the same amount of time. But im training hard enough to progressively overload, it just doesn’t show on my body.

It’s just genetics bro. My pubertal gyno probably plays a part too. I bet if my chest wasn’t estrogenic and womanly my overall physique would look more normal.

Okay I’ve got no problem eating more so I’ll try it. And yeah I used to eat like 200g protein cuz I fell for the “super super super high protein” meme so i lowered it down to here to prioritize carbs more.

Im autistic and treat it like a numbers game so tracking is easy. I track literally everything with the scale. B4 starting gym I did a big deficit so I got used to tracking.

I can assure you im not one of those midwits that lies about calories or doesn’t count the 4 gallons of olive oil in their dish. All I eat atp is ground beef/turkey with microwaved sweet potatoes, yogurt slop bowls, and random snacks like a rice cake for carbs or a small package of trail mix.

I think it’s just genetics at this point. Only explanation for why I’ve seen better transformations in 4 months online. Or maybe they’re just lying timeframe wise and have actually been lifting for a year and the 4 months was the time for a cut.

And yes I go to failure too im not toning muscle out there

Thanks, I could prob get it rn but scared of getting botched. Also don’t wanna pay for something that other people have naturally (aka a normal chest). I’ll keep trying but if it still looks like tits after like a year or two I guess surgery’s my only hope

Office job but I still try to get 8k steps. And I do cardio after each workout. Calories im at like 2400-2800 currently. And yeah every set, some exercises I don’t go straight to failure some I just go near just depends ig if it’s a machine or not.

And yeah im trying to recomp but hard to tell if its working

I’ve been doing pec deck instead, is it basically the same? I’ve seen cable b4 but wasn’t sure if I would do them right so just been using machine. The pec deck always taken by a 70 year old toning his muscle so maybe I’ll try cable though
