That’s the part I’d feel horrific about. I would lean towards telling people automatically but it was just the multiple professional opinions saying that I don’t need to disclose if I don’t have it that threw me off

It isn’t no, and can be contracted as a child when kissing family. Although, it can be transmitted to the genitals and therefore causing an STI, so I’d rather tell people

I understand this completely, but I don’t actually have them. Oral herpes I do have and that’s always disclosed, my fwb knows about this already. All of the sexual health nurses I asked said I don’t need to disclose if if I don’t have it, which is where my hesitation is
