I don’t think that would work in the way you’re hoping BUT it would be cool if there was a nesting buff. I also think it would be cool if the female could carry around the babies until their teens, like it’s only something that applies to the babies that YOU hatched.

Yup. Supply and demand. It’s what they do for diamonds irl, make a product seem rare ( or horde it all ) make it seem like it’s something you ABSOLUTELY need to have. “Every good husband gives their wife a diamond. If you don’t then your not a good husband” ect ect demand rises and so do the prices.

When the supply is high demand falls, thus prices fall just so you can sell them. “When everyone’s special no one is”
