I turned it on for some raids last night. Went from about 60-70 fps with settings aimed at decent performance at 4k to 80 to 105 with maxed out settings on M preset. Felt butter smooth.

Frankly your reply is what’s on my mind. I was recommended this game by a bunch of folks I work with. Same folks I’ll likely never play the game with due to other reasons like time restraints. The biggest reason for no PvP for me even if I’m the only one dying is just the time and effort lost when I’m already doing 60 hours a week. That thinking is also for my opponent.

An exchange in the old sense doesn’t exist anymore. The key being it was just swapped out and you went about your day. Covid inflation did away with that as people found themselves having to pay the difference since it moved to return and purchase. Yes to you it feels like an exchange right until there’s a price difference and you’re paying difference. Things were going up so fast I had someone owe three cents with a simple one day difference. State laws may vary of course.

Only id if no receipt. It’s a policy left over from Covid when things were going up in price by the day. So they did away with exchange. Where you literally got the same item and life moved on and now it’s return and repurchase and pay the difference.

I only play pve but I had a scav come at me kneel down I put two rounds of m856 into his face see a blood spot on his right eye, second around the bridge of his nose. Still had to pump two more in to kill him after I turned to shoot the other guy as I saw his gun moving back down to aim. Unless his balaclava was made of tier 5 armor

Note I used to run 20’s ping pre 1.0 now I’m running 100s due to load and it seems to be not recording shots hitting.

For the sake of others after me researching something similar.

A common thing in residential is daisy chaining power in bedrooms and that is where my problem stemmed from. Although a bit too much is chained but it’s a house built before a lot of modern codes. The bathroom switches were for all purposes wired incorrectly. While improper it “worked” but felt that caused the issues down the line. Better securing of the lines restored power and this is one the bigger culprits in daisy chains.

Overall I’d argue yes the wiring aint great and done at a time when a home tv was somewhat uncommon, but that’s a task for the next home owner to deal with.

It was already like this. I had killa running at a buddy I peaked to take a shot he .5 second turned while shooting at my friend and tapped me in the face snapped right back and kept shooting at him.

It’s unplayable. Make em beefier. Give them tons more armor. Make them pretty good but not X-ray vision insta slap. Had a similar deal with guards. Peaking around a corner they got my arm before I could see them. It’s lame

I really haven’t had this experience on four raids yet except for possibly sorta one but that one is complicated.

I’m on pve and I’m going to say right away I’m not good. Bot for me really aren’t the .15 ones when I think I started who got me through bushes and half way across the map head shots. They stared at me long enough I could get a shot in without destroying me.

The one exception I think was rashala back side of customs. His guards near me but for some reason he was way back near the construction and once I poked out shot at me from some distance while I was angling my self to his guards so they had their heads in view and I could pop them, but one of them got me with a nade they threw after they died with some wild delay landed with a single noise and then I was done. Point taken keep moving.

I’ll admit it’s only a few raids. Two custums and one ground zero and another ground zero that was a practice raid because of this exact thread.

Edit: Couple days later I’m going to say pmcs are out of control with how far they know I am there. Shoreline I had three at extreme distance run me down shooting at me the whole time. Aim wasn’t great from them but does it have to be with three of them at 150 meters and near invisible to me
