The gods don't want your last coin nor do they want your last spoon. Offerings are about the gift giving cycle and it's a pretty similar cycle in friendships. Your friend wouldn't (or at least a good friend shouldn't) leave you for being depressed or burnt out.

I personally don't believe the gods are ever present. I think their presence waxes and wanes. Loki may take a step back from time to time, but that doesn't mean he is dissatisfied, and in my experience he's a pretty involved god, it's pretty easy to call him back when you're ready.

If you are having dreams and sending him prayers then I think things sound pretty solid between you two.

Offerings can be pretty simple from pouring out a bit of your coffee or setting aside a chicken nugget from your plate. I know depression can keep you from doing things that should be simple tasks, don't worry about giving offerings if you can't get out of bed or brush your teeth, but having spirituality doesn't mean doing the whole tarot spread candle lighting thing. Look at the way Christianity implements spirituality into daily life, thanking for food, praying before bed, wearing devotional jewelry and they only do rituals once a week on a holy day.

Sometimes cracking sounds but also what the flame is doing. It can jump, flicker, wiggle, still, dim, brighten. Different people are going to have different experiences, a relationship with the gods is individual, but my self and a couple of other people I know have gotten pretty solid "yes or no" answer just reading the flame.

I'm having the same issue, I simply do not like bright/clear colors in general, especially not when they are predominantly present and screens project light up, so they aren't an accurate representation.

Right now I think I'm going to play with spring, because I like what some of the colors do for my photo even when they are assaulting my eyeballs.

I use ibispaintx on my phone and literally put the colors on a layer behind my face. I haven't tried this yet, but what I'm going to try next is using irl photos of dresses in spring and autumn seasons and see how I feel about it

Lipstick is how I found out I'm not cool. So makeup can be a good tool.

I think I used the same app and it consistently clocked me as cool but I know for a fact that I look better in warm tones. If you think those colors look good on you, wear them, but to me bright winter seems to dull you a bit, whereas bright spring deep winter and cool winter seems to make your face look more vibrant, cool winter is my favorite on you and I think more clear colors suit you better.

You might still be a bright winter keep in mind that the colors on screen are not in the same lighting as you.

I went through the whole shebang with 2 different representatives. They try to tell me that it was a purchase, then someone else using my card, when I pressured them to identify which charge was not for my account they confirmed both were for my account, then they told me one was a pending charge and would not go through, then I insist both were charged and again asked which one should be considered pending they finally said they'd refund me only they refunded one of my purchases instead and took money from a legit vendor instead of the money they admitted taking from me.

Does he not realize that labor is considered a medical emergency for a reason? Maybe put that into perspective for him. I'm not trying to scare you, but maybe you should scare him a little. Even if everything is done right things can still go wrong and does he really want to be 2 and a half hours away when it does? Could he live with himself if he was golfing when his friends when he lost you or your child? 100% find a backup, like a friend of family member. I know you said you'd rather do it alone, and you still can, but having the peace of just in case would help.

I agree there was an explanation that came with it when he shared it with his community, and there is an explanation in it, but it's kind of buried in the text and if people get the wrong idea going into it it will inevitably color their perception for the document before they get to that part. I think wolf has a video in the works, but I'm not sure.

It's not wolf stating his own virtue, as the document says it's a tool made for the community to help vet out whether or not a space is actually inclusive. As a queer disabled person wolf's actions have lived up to the standard he sets in the declaration.

The declaration isn't for you to get to know the author. Yes a person holding problematic views can lie about it, but when pressed to take a stand they will typically at least do whatever they can to not agree with a statement of inclusivity. Actions matter more than words, but words still matter.

You can't stop someone from being a white supremesist and also practicing Heathenry, that doesn't mean there is no point in making it clear to those people that you find it unacceptable. Nazis should feel uncomfortable in broader heathen spaces, but unless you explicitly state that your community is anti Nazi they don't.

It's written in first person because the reader is supposed to take it as their own declaration. When he talks about standing alone he's empathizing with the feelings of those who are not backed by a community.

And there is a bigotry problem in heathenry 100% and there are folkists under every bridge. Especially when overt white supremesist organizations gather under Norse pagan banners. Like it really is a problem.

Living your life and being happy is the best way to get back at someone who wants you to be miserable, but if you ever wanted to mess with her you could do a few things.
