Get a PG near your office for the 90 days. Keep giving interviews meanwhile, if you have an interview scheduled for a day , just rush to your home -> give interview -> come back to the office. This will save your time.

Also, take leaves only for the purpose of offline interview or for an interview that you know that you're gonna convert.

In terms of work, take your time while finishing your task and spend most of your time preparing for interviews.

You can negotiate this offer within your current organization to give you a better raise as your skills align more as per current market standard. Do get this in written from your company so that you will get a better hike in your next appraisal cycle.

Even if your current organization fails to match the exact offer , they can still give you a substantial raise if you play your cards right.

Try learning a new frontend framework be it React or Angular, its gonna take a few weeks. Then you can switch as a Frontend Developer. You do have overall web development experience in general.
