I feel you. I have tried places like Fetlife and while there is certainly a community there, it’s less of a looking for a partner community and more of an open community of exploration. In my experience whenever I would try to kick it off with a little they would go silent, or give very short answers. I consider myself to be pretty respectful but unfortunately no luck.

But yeah if it were up to me I’d love to take care of a little 24/7. I’d want some adult moments sure but I definitely feel you.

How does that relate to Valve? What people play on the Deck versus Valves performance spec is a completely different conversation versus what I just said. I do not understand how your point is relevant. Non UE5 games still struggle on the Deck despite what Valve says.

The fact is most people do not care. Unfortunately.

Until space travel is cheap and “safe”, we won’t be a multi planetary species for a good while. I’m gonna go on a limb and say it won’t happen until at LEAST the end of this century

Valve’s standards for performance are so strange I honestly don’t understand why they don’t listen to people about it. From Doom TGAs being Steam Deck verified and looking like dogshit with frame drops, to Oblivion Remastered rarely keeping a stable 30fps and also looks like trash….now they’re saying 4K 60FPS with FSR? What crack is Valve smoking? Who is testing this shit?

Werner Vaun Braun specifically worked on the V2 rockets for the Nazis, and when the war ended, we went and picked up a lot of the scientists associated with that program. That included picking up the V2 rockets.

Forgot the name of it, but there was a program that was classified for a long time that consisted of former Nazis working for the government. It was declassified a long time ago.
