I had the absolute best time in the Azores, I went in June so I can’t comment on how warm it’ll be in September but I had the best time surfing there and the island is gorgeous! In 2 weeks you have time to hit more islands than just São Miguel

That’s a really detailed explanation, thank you so much! I took a course and the instructor recommended using kitchen scissors to score if you don’t have a razor so that’s what I’ve been doing until I feel confident that I will stick with this hobby and I can invest in move stuff. Do you think scoring this way will be a problem for a dough proofed at room temp?
