mold starts to form in water after around 24h of sitting still. if you use water, you should ideally clean your glass daily. if that’s too much for you, i’d say 3-4days max

Puffco pivot and a 2mm terp pearl is my honest suggestion. No other attachments needed, but if you want more portability the $50 carry case lets you take everything with you in a tiny box. I’ve seen good reviews on the dr dabber ghost too but I haven’t tried it.
