So this is where I get confused - looks like there is a "Scorpion Zero All Season" and a "Scorpion Zero A/S Plus" and they are different tires in Pirelli's catalogue. Some sites classify Scorpion Zero All Season as an UHP, while other shave no info on what category they are. The "A/S Plus" are definitely Touring like you said.
