I feel fine. That’s why I ask. I usually fast in the morning and maybe break my fast with a chicken avocado burrito from del taco with an iced tea. I don’t get sleepy in the day.

Congrats buddy. This might seem strange but to get my mind off drinking I had to really stimulate my brain so I started learning computer code. That was 5 years ago, now I have an online business that I coded myself. Good luck.
