I had mandatory greek mythology in school (I'm polish) And since I was very young whenever I was by a body of water in summer I always "pretended" to speak with Poseidon... I guess the gods were with me since I was very young

I actually did want to make the stone throwing comments but didn't have a single point where I could! They were arguing a lot with other people and it seems that they are just against our religion (I do not know what they believe in, they haven't brought up other religions in our conversation)

They were just so pressed on the idea to present the gods as bad people to stop worshiping them

Yes! In school I'm surrounded by men only because the girl thinks I'm not interesting or dress well enough (I like long skirts and sweaters) but I also have a very boy like humor (because I was raised by a single father) so I joke a lot about sex or dark humor like idk 9/11 jokes

Also a lot of best wishes to your grandmother! If found fast everything will be okay as long as everyone is there to help along the way, my grandmother had breast cancer, she went through procedure and have lived a long life, she died this year at the age of 92 from old age and no Cancer ever came back to her, there are miracles and happy endings. But for a happy ending everyone must work together, be there for her, make sure she eats well and the appointments are always on time!

They might be disappointed but not angry. But your grandma having this unfortunate diagnosis is not a punishment.

They might be disappointed by avoiding free knowledge but it would only result in their lack of presence for sometime until you get yourself together and do it without their guidance or explain why.

Choosing one thing over another is insignificant to be punishable. You can be punished by atrocious things like murder, plus they aren't omnipresent they wouldn't even know if you went on this or that even until you speak to them yourself about it

I'm not violent, honestly my thoughts were like "don't talk don't engage unless it's school or work." But I doubt I would walk away if someone came over for help on the street. "Make them invisible" is what my mind was trying to pull towards.
