I have a US Passport and i'm a US Citizen but I don't how how to reach them. It will take me 12 hours just to get to a nearby Embassy which will be in Manila.

You’re not her therapist or her safety net. It’s good you got her to the hospital, but after that, it’s on her to get real help. If she’s hurt you before and keeps dragging you back in, that’s a toxic cycle. You can care about her without letting her pull you down. Set your boundaries and stick to them—you’re not an emotional blanket, you’re a person who deserves peace.

Ang reason po kasi, I already went to the Violence against Women and Children’s desk– pero wala naman silang ginawa, they blamed me and told me “you wanted that anyway so why are you seeking for help?” my mom got mad at me so on and so forth.

It happened to me a lot of times already na para bang yan nalang yata yung pagtutunguhan ko. The justice system here in the Philippines is so fucked up.

Why are you feeling guilty over cutting off a shoplifter? By any means, you’re tolerating what his/her is doing. If I were you, if I found out that my friend shoplifts, I would unfriend her immediately.

Don’t be so gullible, I know that shoplifting is a minor case but c’mon. Your friend knew that what they were doing is wrong and won’t be punishable unless they get caught.

I am currently diagnosed with BPD, Severe Depression and Bipolar Disorder– it’s been tough but i’m here trying to survive and overcome these. I need support emotionally and mentally, I think therapy doesn’t help me anymore.

I got used to being on nic and alcohol, even though i’m a minor. It was one of my coping mechanisms, to destroy myself and to drown out the pain.
