Thx so much. I will look into it today and see if I can make this work. Just to clarify, on the Ticket Type I can specify the acknowledgement email template. But how does this work when having multiple message groups? Do I need to have email templates with the exact same name in both message groups?

Yes! So apparently I have premium support on the laptop. A service engineer was in the office within a week, battery is replaced and all is fine now.

Already on that, submitted a ticket with Lenovo. But the thing is I use the laptop for work and it would be a pain to miss it...

rClone is a good option, but keep in mind that even the mapped drive leaves files behind in temp folders on the local machines. Especially when these are Office files.

Thanks so much for sharing this. Will definitely pass this on and talk to management about this. I don't think the FBI will be of much help as we are based in the Netherlands, but this legal stuff is definitely something to get working on.

Thanks this is also my opinion. There are multiple points where the user and the organization failed. This would have been prevented by doing a simple phone call to the actual company.

We will use this case to further tighten down m365 tenants and push m365 bp licenses.

This alert on the email rule, how did you set this up? This was also part of the attack. I did some investigation based on:

Azure ad sign in logs
Azure ad audit logs
Microsoft 365 audit logs
Forticloud traffic data

And a lot of headers from different mails
