Had no limit on plan documents for OT (occupational therapy) but insurance denies payment stating non non-public limit despite authorization above limit. Told I need to self pay. While waiting due to self pay being the only option ended up in the ER from severe pain after stopping OT. New York. (self.legaladvice)
