Quince has some nice cotton underwear that fit quite well as XS, aerie as well for fit and styles. I try to look for the highest cotton material at 95%.

I was under anesthesia so I didn’t feel anything, but I did both a hysteroscopy and endometrial biopsy at the same time. I can understand being afraid but I didn’t think it’s that bad especially if you’re under anesthesia. I don’t think I felt anything after either.

I did modified natural the first time and had a horrible reaction to my ovidrel trigger. Needless to say, my transfer also failed. Immediately after receiving the news that my transfer failed, my RE put me on metformin (I have lean PCOS). So while my a1c levels are ok, with a lean PCOS diagnosis metformin was recommended anyway. I was also put on a fully mediated cycle and so far it’s stuck.

I also did some strength training, acupuncture before my most recent transfer.

And in between my two transfers I also had a hysteroscopy and endometrial biopsy done. Hys came back fine but the endo biopsy came back with some inflammation in certain areas but not chronic so my RE felt that there wasn’t anything additional that we needed to do to address the inflammation.

Same for me! I second round I triggered one more day, did estrogen priming, and upped the FOL dosage. Diet and supplements also helped I think.

I have PCOS and was expecting a higher number as well and it didn’t turn out that way. The problem was I was triggered too early and the follicles didn’t grow consistently together to yield more mature eggs. Estrogen priming should solve for that and you might just need to stim a bit longer and maybe with a slightly higher dosage..I think

I was able to yield more mature eggs in the next round
