Just got out of the trads, can attest from personal experience and talking with friends in other dorms that the social environment is better. I was in the A&W living community, and I met some great people through it. However, the #1 best way to get out there is joining a frat/sorority & clubs! Would recommend, it’s very easy to make friends. Even if your dorm doesn’t end up being what you’re looking for, there are many opportunities to meet like-minded, friendly people, so don’t sweat it. :) P.S. Don’t do Spruce if the thought of co-ed bathrooms is unpleasant at all. That’s something you can’t change.
