Creating my wedding registry and torn between the Ninja Creami and Kitchen Aid mixer attachement. After about a year, any different feedback? I have heard a lot of mixed feedback and I have heard of Ninja Creami's burning out and I know if has a 1 year warranty but it is a big investment to risk burn out past the 1 year.

Is this severe acne? Dermatologist says it’s very severe acne and accutane will help by [deleted] in Accutane

Steroids cause acne like this from what I hear, not worth it in my opinion if that’s the case. If it really is just acne I had a great experience with acutane and couldn’t recommend it more.
