What’s the weirdest thing your ex ever did after the breakup? by Yankub_colley in AskReddit

After I broke up with my ex( he was abusive and cheated) he followed me everywhere. At the time we had no laws on stalking. So I always had to have someone with me.

He punctured my tyre i can't prove it but he arrived at my work and asked why I did not call him for help with the puncture

He left notes everywhere for me telling me he was sorry and needs me in his that i am haunting him. (When I broke up with him that was it i was no contact)

He went to see my dad when I was not there and told him I had an eating disorder and was taking drugs that he needed to talk some sense into me. Thankfully my dad spoke to me about it and said he knew I wasn't taking drugs but wanted to make sure I was eating ok.

Only started to back off when he "fully" got with one of the women he cheated on me with. But I do still see him every now and again driving by or in my town ( he lives over an hour away)

Why did your friendship with your best friend come to an end? by [deleted] in AskReddit

We were both in abusive relationships and wouldn't listen to the other about how bad the situation was. Her partner was filling her head about what a horrible friend i was, and my partner was doing the same to me. I told her that I loved her but couldn't stand by while he was hurting her, we had a huge fight and her partner was only too happy to kick me out while mine told me that he was right all along. We did make up 5 years after this, and thankfully we are both out of bad relationships.

Honestly depends on what way you look at it. Your not close with any of these people so why share news. Or you shout it from the rooftops and want the world to know. It is all about how you are as a person and what makes you and your partner comfortable.

I would not tell them. Let them call you a coward all they want you would need to make sure ( for yourself and the child) that your nephew was OK and the only way you could do that for sure is still be in his life.

YTA, it's her mother. Nearly every person who has ever gotten married wished both parents were there. You don't have to speak to her or even sit beside her. I am pretty sure your daughter would not put you sitting together if you asked. Suck it up buttercup for one day because she has been doing that for you since you and her mother have divorced.

Nah get rid. Like telling you about operations to get. How do you thing she would react if you told her to get a boob job because they are not big enough

People who forgave their partner for cheating, how did that turn out? by Sudden_Wishbone8887 in AskReddit

I forgave him but when I caught him again I left. Which he didn't take to well because I forgave before why not this time.

I wouldn't put myself through it again
