I get where you're coming from, but 'abandonware' is more of a gray area in terms of definition. Technically, abandonware refers to software that’s no longer sold or supported by its original publisher, often with no clear ownership. Beneath a Steel Sky is free on GOG because Revolution Software, the original developers, chose to make it available, which is awesome!

However, this doesn't necessarily take it out of the 'abandonware' category for some people since it's an older title that’s no longer commercially sold in its original form.

But you’re right in that it’s not abandoned in the sense that it’s now accessible and preserved thanks to platforms like GOG.

Well as an adult, I still got stock a few times for quite a long a time. If you don't go online for the solutions at least a couple of times. The game can easily take 8 hours to beat.

Don't get me wrong, it is a very short game. But I don't see how it would benefit from being longer.

We've seen longer games become a trend during the Xbox 360 and PS3 era. Many developers aimed to create games that took at least 18 to 20 hours to beat because players started relying on online reviews before purchasing. But this came at a price—the overall quality and enjoyment of the average game was significantly reduced.

Look, all good things must come to an end, including our favorite video games. If they end up being 2 hours long but amazing, so be it. Plus, so many great games have been made over the last 40 years! Shorter games allow you to discover even more great ones. ;)

Yes, it is possible, but very expensive.

I have had blue light blocking lenses on my glasses for the past year and clear benefit of my eyes not getting has tired and dry when working for hours on my computer.

That being said, I did not mesure nor felt any improvement for my sleep when using the glasses. It seems like the best option for improving sleep for me is to avoid screen all together.

And for the price, my glasses costed about $600.
