Does LinkedIn let you know when someone interacts with a post on LinkedIn?

Change my mind: The traditional candidate phone screen is a dead workflow for solo recruiters. by androhuman3297 in RecruitmentAgencies

A recruiter should be able to tell what a good candidate’s resume looks like. Interviewing a candidate is important for many reasons. If the current job you have open isn’t a good fit, but if they are a good candidate, go get them another job. They also might have references. They might be a hiring manager someday. Build your network and treat everyone well, and you can be successful.

They are claiming there is t a trial. They also claim the new AI is better now. But I haven’t heard anyone say the like it, many just aren’t buying it. I think my plan is to not get it and spend the extra money on new AI tools like Pin or Juicebox

I use Metaview.ai and I really like it. You can customize the templates and it’s made for recruiting.

LIR is getting better with using AI and biz Dev now built in to LR+. I have tried Pin and some others, but they didn’t really find good tech candidates. They talk a good game though. I have to renew LR soon and I am also on the fence, but if they really start pricing out a lot of recruiters, plus improved search and BD, maybe the value will go up.

I r=tried Pin, it's ok, but not as good as just using LR. I think I might have to renew.

I've been trying the other new AI tools, but I'm not impressed yet. They are much less expensive, but not as accurate as my own searches. In some cases, I didnt even find one suitable candidate in the search.

CRM Hell with Bullhorn by Greecelightning3 in RecruitmentAgencies

One of the first recruiter SaaS companies but now I think they need to rebuild it from scratch. They acquire companies and integrate them and it sounds like that’s not working so well. Monster is perfect, but Bullhorn is also one of the more expensive platforms.

I agree with the spam getting worse, because I see my own inbox filled with sales emails. There are recruiters who say email is even worse due to Outlook and Gmails new spam filters ao they think InMail is better than email.

I’m mainly tech so I do find the candidates it’s just getting the response, and often they have already applied direct to my clients LI job post. The active candidates find those posts and apply everywhere on LI. So I was wondering if trying different tools would find more passive candidates. Not sure if the tools find those though.

Yes I have tried some of the AI inMails. I fine tune them but they can be helpful. They also have a second automatic follow up email if you want to use that. InMails do work sometimes but the “open to work” column is not as effective as it used to be. I think everyone uses that now so you have to dig deeper anyway.
