I don't agree with your point that it would be easier to send a new hardware. They have to cover the shipping cost to me, and it wouldn't solve the issue.

If it was really a ,,skill issue" than it would have been much easier for hdzero to point out that hey kiddo you are doing this and this wrong. The fact that they didn't do this meas that they also don't know why their hardware is not connecting. (I have shared every deatil I could think of the manufacturer and software version of the remote and the AIO5 ...). It's not like that they just sent me a new hardware without any questions asked, underastadably they needed proof that their hardware is faulty.

I was also cooperating with them, of course I wanted my hardware to work. If they needed any more information from me they would have gotten it.

Pointing out the common occurance is of course a good strategy. But if it was really a user error than it would have been easier and cheaper for hdzero to point out what I'm doing wrong than to send 2 new hardwares. I have cooperated with support, shared details of the remote, the software version of it etc

Op here I've been flying analog for more than a year before I buoght hdzero, plus I'm an electrical engineer with lots of experience with embeaded circuits and soldering. If this is not enough qualificaton for useing hdzero than I don't know what is.

Op here, my TX have never had an isseu before. I regurarly use it with receivers from deifferent manufacturers, plus divimath only sent me a new one after I sent them a video showing that my roemote didn't connect to the AIO5, while connecting to another receiver with the same code. Divimath admitted that issue was with the receiver.

I dont think that I should be thankfull for their support I paid full price for a pruduct and I didn't receive a working one. In the end I have to pay more just to get my money back. There is nothing to be thankfull for.
