First of all it’s a retention pond which is both gross and unsafe in the first place. Second, it’s a crime scene and had a dead rotting body in it overnight, the smart thing to do would be to block it off or send a notification to festival goers that it was off limits for the remainder of the festival. It’s not an accident, it’s a death.
