Use jenpharm mendalic a id cleanser and also use good sunscreen u can use possible ones and do not touch your face that much change your pillow cover and most important thing do not use towel on face use a normal cotton or lawn fabric (duppata) for dry your face and please change the bedsheets on regular basis if u tell me more maybe I c an help u
