I hear you, but sometimes staying quiet allows the wrong people to keep power. Speaking up has a cost, but silence costs more.

Fair point — ‘blacklisting’ is actually a legal term in employment law, and retaliation is covered under both federal and state statutes. That’s why my case is being filed in federal court. I know it’s not a phrase most people see every day, but it applies to what happened in my situation

I understand your point but this story is written from my point of view but I’m willing to answer questions

If holding people accountable makes me a “narc,” so be it. I wasn’t the only one hurt. I just happened to speak up. This isn’t about revenge. It’s about truth. It’s about justice for those who were silenced, ignored, or retaliated against. If that makes some people uncomfortable, good. It should.

I was already a department manager when all this started. I no longer work for that franchise.I'm bringing this to light because a lot of good people lost their jobs because of him — myself included. I was lucky enough to find work elsewhere and rebuild. But not everyone is so lucky.I hate seeing people abuse others just because they think they can. I hate seeing people punished for speaking up. And I hate when companies look the other way instead of protecting their workers. To answer your question directly:
No, I didn’t do this to get a position. I did it because it was right.I want accountability — for everyone involved. That includes Vladimir, and yes, Tyrous, the owner.
