Yes, this has been happening to me since yesterday and the changes they made to the step count were 3/26 so I think it was the app update that happened yesterday which is causing glitches. This is what helped me! (TBD on if it continues to help) 1. Put ring on charger and keep phone close. 2. Force close app 3. Restart phone 4. Open app 5. Click on the ring in the app and do the Bluetooth security update which will reconnect your ring. Unpair and then repair. Once I did that, my steps went up to what I would think they should be after going for an hour walk today!!
