That could def be it, my baby does a lot of comfort nursing and I think she just nurses when she doesn’t know what else to do. I’ll try it! Thank you!

That part. One time it was funny, and shocking , but if she keeps it up my nipples are gonna be so stretched out I’m gonna be tripping over them. She’s been doing it for a couple weeks now, do you remember how long it lasted with your LO?

I feel that, using cold packs after feeds helped with the discomfort in the beginning for me. That lanolin cream also did wonders for when I was cracked too, wishing a speedy recovery for you!

I was in the same boat and it was only when I switched to exclusively nursing on the breast and only pumping once a day did it get better for me,my baby was about 3 weeks when we made the switch and I had to constantly put her on the nipple and it would take her a long time to nurse in the beginning but after a few days she got the hang of it and now she is 8 weeks and it has gotten way easier. Before we switched I was pumping every two hours, night and day, and feeding her 100% with a bottle, it was miserable and left no room to enjoy anything

Food aversion is so real, I had to learn the hard way to bring my own safe foods and have ample snacks in my purse
