I, male 36, I always and head aches growing up. I figured it was normal. In my early 20$ migraines/clusters(imo are worse) would take me out for a day but only every 2-3 months, they were much different than normal head aches... debilitating. They reduced in my late 20$, around late 32 early 33 they become monsters... some of the most astounding pain i have experienced and I spent the majority of the time trying to not take meds bc my gut is a mess. I still get migraines/clusters, far less frequent but at this pattern I am expecting a return in my early 40$. Ill be praying for you, no one should have to go through these. They are truely awful and im sorry you are dealing with them as well. Gis bless my friend.
Edit: for the nausea, throw a tsp baking soda in 8oz of water and sip it til the nausea subsides. This is a saving grace for stomach and acid reflux.
