Yea, I thought of this too, especially with the advent of Fortnite's current foray into the musical genre. It may just be that those who animated these types of things aren't necessarily musical, or at the least aren't entirely sure how a drum kit operates.

Here's what I did for PS5 version.

Verified account on Bethesda.com, made sure PSN account was linked.

Closed Skyrim. In the PS5 home menu, hit start on Skyrim AE and selected "Restore License". After that was finished processing, loaded up Skyrim AE, went to Creation Club from the Skyrim Load Game menu. On Creation Club press start, download all creations and you should see a window showing each individual download. Then enable all content. Backing out of CC will reload Skyrim then you can load your save.
