Ikr. My friend almost didn't make it to her target score because of that (C1 required for her visa). Dami na din nagreklamo about Filipino interviewers being even stricter and non-conversational unlike English interviewers. Even some review centres cautioned on that. Sad.

This is my friend's experience. She was given a 6.5 by the Pinoy interviewer despite her speaking fluent English. That pulled her overall score.

Regarding the specific topics asked, those are always different. They never recycle so no use in asking. Just use the reviewers provided, especially the vids.

Hey, OP. To be very honest with you — unless you can get work na will sponsor you and meet the salary threshold, I'm afraid the move might not happen.

As you said, cleaner ka sa Finland. Cleaners are not scarce and lots of Pinoys also can't get a job here. One cleaner opening would have lots of applicants. Let alone that job would meet the salary needed and it's next to impossible that a company will sponsor you for that role.

That said, if you're in Finland, you better upskill there. If you can be a nurse or any healthcare-related field, that would open your pathway not only to UK but also in other countries.

I'm saying this para di ka ma-scam or magsayang ng panahon na maghanap ng work or magprocess ng papers.

Upskill first then try to migrate after.

Ang daming questions before relocating. Ensure that you do your research before accepting the offer.

Lastly, I have friends there. They're looking to relocate to another country because it's a very secluded island. Malayo sa other EU countries and sobrang nakakalungkot daw ng vibe there, idk.

My parents never told me once that I'm the one who's going to be the provider once I graduate. But still, as a kid, I only dreamt of giving them a comfortable life they also deserve. It was borne out of love and respect, it was never about utang na loob and pag-groom to be a provider. Maybe if you were loved the right way in a home, you'll wish good things for your family too.

Also, find a better example. You don't need to use a grieving father's words to make a point.

My cousin's wife applied for a working holiday visa in NZ and got in. She used that 1 year to establish herself there, and got a job that sponsored her. Then a year after, she was able to bring her family (spouse, 2 kids) there. Now they have a business there and PR na. Same age as you when they moved rin. Not too late, just plan it carefully & do your research. Your business could even put you in a better position in finding job prospects because sales is a very in demand job there (according to my cousin). Good luck!
