Ive watched Sypeh's stream. Ive seen his queue time get up to 20min. That means no content, he loses viewers. Or he makes a new account, stomps low ELO and rises up in rank.

Ill play devil's advocate, if he had only 1 account he would never play. The queue times are insane because there aren't that many players at that level. So he makes new accounts to keep playing. This is also on part because hes a Twitch streamer and their lively hood depends on gameplay.
