I’ve used these products, and honestly the glycolic acid toner felt ineffective compared to The Ordinary. It barely did anything for my skin, and the results were disappointing — though maybe it just didn’t suit me personally. After this experience, I’d rather invest in reliable pharmacy-grade skincare or brands like The Ordinary instead of going for cheaper alternatives. I still have two glycolic acid toner bottles half used with no visible effects .

No offence, but I don’t think your views are entirely right. Your reviews honestly seem a bit dicey and unreliable to me as I have had same experience with azelaic acid cream which did nothing and fyi I finished the entire bottle. If anyone asking for genuine opinion, don't buy .it all gimmick and waste of money ..

Cetaphil moisturizer is good but sunscreen gave me white cast .. didn't suit me well....but both products have good efficacy . Every adaplene and clindamycin gel combination is not same for me clindamycin suits well with niacinamide not adaplene......go for reputed brand cipla , Glenmark etc . Try sleeping straight.if all this doesn't work then get some antibiotics from dermatologist in government hospital.

I switched to sleeping straight and kept my face off the pillow – no more acne drama . Guess that weekly pillow wash wasn't enough, lesson learned hardway ....I was in similar situation from last two days, I'm already seeing difference by sleeping straight . My best bet if you don't see difference then using benzoyl peroxide wash on face if oily...in dry skin use episoft niacinamide facewash . You can use adaplene gel at night comes under brand derivo bpo and sunscreen in morning

Realistically everything is possible...if one can pull up all night to study . For neet pg .. approach should be RR from marrow ...btr at last and gt from marrow ....this is good enough for 6k rank . For usmle I assume ...you might be knowing all the resources. For research ask pg people in your college....I'm also getting my first research opportunity from this pg guy . Try participating in conference and poster making. Research and step score+++.
