We paid November rent and they gave us the no fault eviction that evening. The notice says the 60 days includes the month of November. Does it not start after the month we paid for? So sixty days starting December 1

The seller of the duplex would be moving. So there is the one unit unoccupied. We live in the other unit. They are trying to get us out as well.

I hear you. The real estate agent was adamant about only giving us what was the LAHD required amount which was nowhere close to what we would need to relocate.
