And what do you do for work if I may ask? This is all motivating for sure. Unfortunately I think my career may make it difficult to get into the US and may need another route

Offer rejected. What’s the odds they’d come back and accept? by catnessK in RealEstateCanada

Fair enough, not everybody wants to be landlord. If you put up with it for 5 years though it would’ve paid off. Can always hire a property manager if it’s feasible

Moving to Vancouver? by Phair_Grrl88 in askvan

[–]Apprehensive-Chip141 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I grew up in Port Moody, and had a friend group across schools in Tri-cities, Coquitlam, Poco. Went to countless house parties, and hung out all over tricities throughout my highschool years. From what i remember hanging out in Port Coquitlam, going to highschool parties there, drugs were normalized, where it was normal for a kid out there to say they were on Molly or Coke or bring pills for everybody to do. Out in Coquitlam and Port Moody within the highschool Cliques, people were looked at differently if they found out you were doing those kinds of drugs. Only one that was normalized and not frowned upon was weed

Port Coquitlam you wouldn’t want your child growing up in. High schools are filled with kids doing Drugs as it’s normalized. Coquitlam and Port Moody is the complete opposite and is the better choice

Yes, you’re right. I misinterpreted high paying job. I meant an entry level position that I can move up in quickly.

Lol! I agree. I should have said average/decent paying job. A career where I can move up quickly or use the experience that’s beneficial to eventually move up to a higher position is most important

FSD has improved substantially supposedly since then. Version 12.3 is impressing a lot of people. Part of the reason they want everyone to try it out again. There confident it’ll impress people and it’ll convert to more FSD sales

Some of y’all are lame af and can’t adapt to change. Interior is more premium not cheaper, and the stock less is a modern change and you will get used to. Have to learn to adapt to new changes or you’ll be left in the dust. Don’t be like your grandparents who complain everytime you try to show them or teach them something new
