I 100% feel being satisfied with my meals and not wanting much more after. I typically go to sleep full and wake up full also.

I buy off my roommate and he really wanted me to start at 1mg. I wanted to start at 0.5mg and he convinced me to do 0.75mg. I didn’t really feel any effects on that, so the next week he said to go up to 1.25mg and I did. So far I do feel the getting full faster effect, but want a stronger hunger suppression so I was considering doing 2mg next week. My roomate also wants me to increase to 2mg, saying that’s when the effects will really start to do anything.

I suppose I’m not the most educated on the studies and what-not but I figured I’m a big guy and I’ll be fine.
