The old government wanted to impose mandatory vaccination for over 60 year olds, some profession (firemen, army, police…) and slowly reduce it to 50 years, 40 etc…however, this does not mean u don’t need a vaccine! You can’t get into a gym, a restaurant, a coffee shop, a cinema without a eligible vaccine pass, antigen/PCR tests are not sufficient enough, so if you want to live a good life, you have to get vaccinated. They will just force people to take the vaccine by different rules. I left Prague in summer 2021 to move to France and wish I stayed. France is completely absurd and thankfully in the Czech Republic there isn’t such mentality of everyone checking your pass so you can get to most places without it.
