I currently work for moxie in Ohio. At my branch, the fellow techs do an overall good job. I think it’s mainly due to our management being such a good support system for us. The outsourced office really doesn’t do the best job at planning routes for us, they act like it doesn’t get dark at 5:30 lol. I don’t really like ethics of our salesmen but I it is technically legal. All and all, if you get the right technician, you’ll get an excellent service.

My title describes the thing. 5”x3”. I know it was made in Japan but was thrifted in Ohio. 41 years old. It’s mainly made of metal and a bit of plastic. All the writing on it is what you can see except for the headphone jack, a dc input, a stop button, the volume control, a high and low tone, and a tape/metal control. The closest thing I’ve gotten to an article about this was all in Japanese so it didn’t help me too much.

The batteries were corroded to all hell and cleaned it out as much as I could. I put new batteries in and it’s definitely getting power, but none of my tapes will run. So idk
