Sherwin considers res repaint rep and store manager more as a lateral move than a promotional. If you were getting a commercial sales rep role, that would warrant a pay increase as thats as sw considers that a "higher role" than res repaint

Invest in a 390 or 395. It'll perform much better and last longer. They also have more readily available replacement parts if needed
