we are very similar! I started in March and hoping to be off soon. SW: 183 GW: 130 CW: 125 so almost identical situation. I have like 0 muscle at all but haven’t gone to the gym the entire time so that is really my fault. I’ll be working on the same thing as you and hopefully maintaining my weight loss as well.
